By accessing and using NexoraFox Cloud hosting services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
NexoraFox Cloud provides game server hosting, VPS, and cloud infrastructure services. We strive to ensure 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to our services due to necessary maintenance or unforeseen network outages.
You agree not to use our cloud servers for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes, but is not limited to: distributing malware, launching DDoS attacks, hosting pirated content, or excessive CPU mining without prior authorization. Violation of this AUP will result in immediate suspension without refund.
All services are billed on a recurring basis (hourly, weekly, monthly, or yearly). Failure to pay invoices on time will result in automatic service suspension and subsequent data deletion. All sales are final and strictly non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for utilized server time or change of mind. Refunds or service credits will only be considered under exceptional and reasonable circumstances (e.g., severe infrastructure failure on our end preventing access to the service), at the sole discretion of NexoraFox Cloud management.
While we maintain infrastructure-level redundancies, you are solely responsible for maintaining adequate backups of your game server files and database data. NexoraFox Cloud is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or hardware failure.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
