This includes your name, email address, physical location data (GPS coordinates for fraud prevention), and IP address. Payment information is handled securely by our third-party payment processors (e.g., Cashfree) and is not stored on our servers.
We use your information to provision servers, process billing, prevent fraudulent transactions, and provide customer support. Location data is strictly used for security verification during account creation and critical system actions.
We implement robust security measures, including SSL encryption and secure database hashing, to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
NexoraFox Cloud does not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information with our business partners for statistical analysis.
Files, databases, and configurations stored on your rented cloud servers remain your property. We will not access your server data unless strictly necessary to resolve a technical support ticket or comply with a valid legal request.
